About Dhulabari Campus
Dhulabari Campus, established in 1992 (2048 BS), is a community-owned institution in Mechinagar-1, Dhulabari, Jhapa, Nepal. Affiliated with Purwanchal University, it offers Bachelor's degree program in Civil Engineering(B.E.). The campus also provides a Pre-Diploma in Civil Engineering (Civil Sub-Overseer) under the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), a program initiated in 2013 to produce basic-level civil engineering technicians. Notably, Dhulabari Campus became the first community campus in Nepal to offer a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering program, affiliated with Purbanchal University, following approval from the Nepal Engineering Council in 2023. This milestone reflects the campus's commitment to expanding educational opportunities in engineering and technical fields for the local community.
